Vlogging is becoming an increasingly popular communication method between users with channels and their fans. It has only come about in the past 5 or so years but has been widely accepted especially by the younger generation. YouTube allows for artists to upload music videos, announcements and interviews promotion their music which can be accessed 24/7 by their fans for free. This creates a new way to view their content which they can share, comment and like. Or if their music video pops up as advert before another video is viewed allowing the audience member to click on it, is another way or promotion. Non musical vloggers can review products or tell their fans their audience embers which can include new or old songs and leave a link below. This is advertising the artists music without them knowing gaining them extra fans for free.
