The use of storyboarding is important as it means we can plan what shot we are going to use at a particular part of the music video. It is also successful in allowing us to visualise our idea and so we can change parts if we do not like it. This enables us to plan out what happens at what part of the music video, so we can clearly see Todorovs theory when planning our music video.
Overall we decided to change some of the shots we have used on the storyboard as we felt some of these shots did not reflect the genre of our music video. One example of this would be the use of the glow in the dark. We decided not to use this as when we tried to film these you could not see the artist, therefore meaning it was more effective to change the shot, rather than keep trying.
